Update on my dividend income portfolio (April 22, 2021)

I just completed an update on the dividend income portfolio I formed in early 2021. The portfolio cost $20,000 and looks like it will be delivering a dividend of around $762 annually, or a return of about 3.8% relative to the original $20,000 investment.
